Born in 1986 and based in Tokyo, Diego creates abstract paintings that breathe personality into overlooked urban objects—things you might normally pass without a second thought. His self-described style, “disjointed street expressions,” blurs the boundaries between painting, murals, graffiti, and conceptual art. As a core member of Side Core, he curates exhibitions and shares his own boundary-pushing works with the world.

A long-time presence in our creative scene, Diego has grown alongside us—always bringing something unexpected, playful, and deeply considered to the table. Today, he also leads a mural project that connects artists from across the globe to the vibrant streets of Tokyo, carrying his unique vision beyond the canvas and into the city itself.
