Our returns policy

We happily accept returns or exchanges on items (except reduced or sale items) that are in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered or unwashed) within 48 hours of receiving your order. Customer will be responsible for returning the product via registered post. Shipping fee (or cost of shipping) is not refundable. No refunds or exchanges on sale items under any circumstances. How can I pay, and in what currency?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Zip pay or AfterPay. Payment is in Australian dollars - please check the approximate amount in your currency and note that most credit card companies charge a small fee (usually around 3%) for foreign currency orders.

When will my order arrive?

Some of our shipping services may experience delays as COVID-19 evolves. Thank you for your patience during this time. Please pay extra attentions as some products are pre-sale items with estimated shipping date next to "Add to cart" button. We encourage shopping early for Christmas 2022.

Delivery time varies according to shipping location. But if everything goes smoothly you should receive your package within 5 - 8 business days of shipment (within Australia). Please check our shipping provider Sendle (delivery estimator) or Australian Post (further information).

If you do not receive your order within 1 week of estimated shipping time (as shown on tracking information), please follow the "late parcel enquiry" instructions as provided on the tracking link. It is customers' responsibility to collect the parcel within 5 work days from collection point if tracking information is shown as "unable to deliver".
