Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders from our Sydney or Melbourne location within 1 to 2 working days. 

Please pay attention to the shipment time frame (located above Add to Cart button) for some limited items. They are located in Japan warehouse, so it may take a bit longer for us to transfer and dispatch. 

 

Australia

- Free delivery when you spend over AUD 70.

- Purchases under AUD 70 will be charged AUD 6.95.

 

Outside Australia

- Free delivery when you spend over AUD 120.

- Purchases under AUD 120 will be charged AUD 15.

 

Taxes & Duties

  • Domestic Orders (Australia): GST is inclusive in the order.

  • USA Orders: Duties and taxes are already included in the final price you pay.

  • Other International Orders (outside Australia): The final price does not include any local taxes or duties. These are charged by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.

If you choose not to pay these charges and customs holds your order, it is your responsibility to arrange for the order to be returned to Via Artists before a refund can be issued.
