Taro Gomi

Picture book artist. Born in Tokyo in 1945. He graduated from Kuwasawa Design School's ID department. He has published more than 400 works, mainly picture books. It has been translated and published in more than 20 countries. Major works include "Hide And Seek", "Who Ate It?" (Sankei Children's Publishing Culture Award), "Spring of Calves" (Bologna International Picture Book Exhibition Award), "Saru Rururu", "Doodle picture book". , and the essay “Tokidoki no Shonen” (Roside no Ishi Literature Award). In recent years, under the “GOMI TARO ANNEX” brand, he has also announced miscellaneous goods designs such as watches and mobiles.
