Pre-order

We receive stock from our Japanese warehouse every Tuesday and dispatch the following day to customers. The cut-off day for the pre-order is Wednesday midnight AEST.

For example,

• If you order on Tuesday, we will dispatch your pre-order on the following Tuesday afternoon.
• If you order on Friday, we will dispatch your pre-order on Tuesday fortnight.
