To coincide with Takuro Tamayama’s solo exhibition “ ̶P̶A̶S̶T̶ ̶W̶O̶R̶K̶S̶ ̶ FLOORS” at GASBON METABOLISM, a limited collection of original T-shirts inspired by three of the featured works was introduced.
The T-shirts come in three variations, each drawing from a different piece:
“Spinning Mop/Golden Hair (Dirty Palace Revisited)”
“Models”
“Static Lights: Tilt and Rotation”
Each design translates the distinct atmosphere of Tamayama’s works into a carefully balanced graphic expression. The T-shirts are made using a super-heavyweight fabric with a thick ribbed neckline—coincidentally the same type Tamayama personally owns and wears. He was also deeply involved in the creation and supervision of the artwork data, making this collaboration all the more special.
